A breakdown of how Mode Basketball will be rolled out

Basketball Season 1:

March 18th, 2024:

Guard NFT Sales Begin: The highly anticipated sale of Guard NFT cards starts on this date, marking the beginning of the first stage of NFT sales. Users can purchase Guard NFTs, with five visual variations and limited gold variation NFTs with improved stats.

March 25th, 2024:

Forward NFT Sales Begin: The second stage of NFT sales commences with the availability of Forward NFT cards. Users can now purchase Forward NFTs, featuring five visual variations and limited gold variation NFTs with enhanced stats.

April 1st, 2024:

Center NFT Sales Begin: The final stage of NFT sales begins, with Center NFT cards becoming available for purchase. Users can acquire Center NFTs, which include five visual variations and limited gold variation NFTs with improved stats. NFT sales are finished at the end of the month of May.

June 2024:

Game Launch and Preseason (18 games): The game officially launches on Mode Network, and players who have acquired the 3 required NFT cards can start assembling their teams and participating in preseason games. The preseason allows users to familiarize themselves with the game mechanics and prepare for the upcoming regular season.

Regular Season 1 (82 games): With guard, forward and center NFTs acquired, players can now engage in the excitement of the regular season. Compete against the computer AI in a series of 82 games to showcase your team's skills and progress in the game. Note: Users can play a maximum of 2 games daily

Basketball Season 2:

August 2024:

Enhanced Gameplay Features: Building on player feedback and community input, the game incorporates additional gameplay features, such as improved AI behavior, enhanced graphics, and user interface enhancements, to provide a more immersive and enjoyable experience.

September 2024:

Coach and Stadium NFT Card Sales Begin: In this season, a new addition is introduced: Coach NFT cards and Stadium NFT cards. Players can purchase Coach NFTs, each with unique abilities and strategies that can influence the performance of their team. Stadium NFT cards will provide a small stats multiplier on both the coach and the player cards....call it a home field advantage.

September 2024:

Preseason (18 games ) and Regular Season 2 (82 games) kicks off with another season of thrilling competition.
